Robb was an absolute installation BEAST. He resolved our garage door issues so quickly that he made it look easy, even though it definitely wasn't. He also installed a great-looking new bottom seal, reprogrammed several remotes and keypads, corrected the sensor alignment, and addressed a few other issues along the way.

What impressed me most was how efficiently he worked. He was in and out in about 45 minutes, yet never seemed rushed. He came prepared with the right tools from the start, clearly had a plan for the repairs, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished.

Beyond his technical skills, Robb was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. One issue I was convinced my kids had broken turned out to be simple operator error on my part, basically the garage door equivalent of "Is it plugged in?" He handled the situation with professionalism and good humor, which I appreciated.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality of his work and the customer service he provided. I would absolutely recommend Robb and the Overhead Door Company of Charlotte to anyone needing garage door service or repairs.

These guys did an exceptional job of getting my garage door up and going again! I spoke with Brian Hines and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and give my a very fair price. The tech (Benjamin) showed up shortly thereafter and was able to get my garage door fixed better than normal. The customer service, professionalism, and fair pricing was all top tier. Give these guys a call you won’t regret it. Thanks again guys
